The General Settings menu allows you to prepare your inventory before you start using the app according to your needs. Here’s a list of the main configurations:
-Storage Areas: Do you have more than one warehouse, branch or even locations within a single storage unit? No problem. You can add all your storage locations by tapping on the (+) button so you know exactly where your items are.
-Suppliers: Adding your regular suppliers helps you save time at the moment of re-stocking. You only need to order your items by supplier and amount to know precisely what you need to order and from whom. Suppliers can be added manually by tapping the (+) button or you can copy them from your iPhone’s Contacts. To delete a Supplier swipe left and tap on the (delete) button that appears.
-Categories & Brands: You can use this fields to add tags that will later help you order your items and generate reports based on your business needs. The more tags you use, the more accurate will your sorting options be.
-Supply lists: Your items can be put into Lists. To create lists tap on the (+) sign. If you don’t create any lists all items will be assigned to a general list.
