Selecting a Layout
- A4: Choose this layout option if you plan to print the label on A4-size paper. A4 layouts typically accommodate multiple labels per sheet, distributed evenly for efficient printing.- US Letter: Choose this layout option if you intend to print the label on US Letter-size paper. Similar to A4 layouts, US Letter layouts ensure the proper distribution of labels on the sheet.- Rolls: Select this layout if you use label rolls instead of sheets. Rolls layouts are designed to fit the dimensions of label rolls, allowing for continuous printing without needing individual sheets.Selecting a Template
- Browse through the available predefined label templates to find one that suits your requirements. Templates may vary in terms of information arrangement.- Choose a template that closely matches the information you need on the label. Remember that you can modify the template later during the design phase.Adjusting Settings
- DPI and Size: Depending on your printing requirements and the level of detail in your design, you may need to adjust the DPI (dots per inch) and size settings. Higher DPI values result in sharper prints but may increase file size. Ensure that the label size matches your selected layout.- Background: Choose between a white or transparent background for your label design.
