Manage Purchases

In this section, the subscription owner can view all available and active subscriptions. All plans are interchangeable — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time without having to subscribe again.

Change Subscription Plan

Switch your Apple subscription to a different plan, such as monthly, annual, or multi-user.

- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription you want to change.
- Tap "See All Plans," then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your selection.

Cancel Subscription

You can cancel a subscription purchased via Apple at any time.

- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap "Cancel Subscription."

If you don't see a Cancel button and instead see an expiration message in red text, the subscription has already been canceled.

Refunds

We offer trial periods and do not charge cancellation fees — you may cancel at any time. However, any amounts paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable. For your security, we do not receive or store any credit card information.

If something unexpected happens, you can request a refund directly from Apple for in-app purchases. Apple manages all payments, including refunds.
