Customer services are provided to external clients, while internal services can involve tasks or work orders for internal operations or maintenance.

This template includes various options to enable the inclusion of parts, expenses, on-site work, and tasks on work orders.

Parts

This option allows you to include parts within the service or work order. It involves tracking inventory, costs, and quantities of parts used.

Expenses

This option enables you to include any additional expenses incurred during the service.

On-site Work

If the service is performed on the customer site, this option allows you to enter address information on work orders.

Creating Tasks

This option allows you to create additional tasks within the work orders or just allow service tasks defined here.

Hourly Bill Rate

You can set a standard hourly rate for billing purposes, which will be used to calculate the total cost of a task plus the quantity of hours.

Time Entry Options

You can set how time is entered, either manually or via a timer.

Default Information

With this option, you can define tasks, parts, or charges that are automatically included when creating a new work order based on a service template. This helps standardize processes and ensure consistency across work orders.
